We at Sinbadkom International for E-Commerce believe that customer service is the cornerstone of all our business. 1. Sindibadkom’s team delivers the goods, and from time to time it will use two logistic companies as needed.
2. Upon delivery of the order, we (or our logistics partner) will provide you with a copy of the purchase invoice as confirmation that you have received the products in full as shown on the invoice.
3. If you are not at the specified address, we (or our logistic partner) will deliver the order to anyone present in it, and when any of those in the address on the delivery order is delivered, the customer is considered to have received the items on the invoice
4. If the address specified by you has been reached and we cannot deliver the goods, please contact the customer service to set another date for the delivery of the order, and the company is not responsible for any goods that have not been delivered within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Deliveries are done between 48 to 72 hours (2 to 3 days)
